The new Thai BL series My Stand-In is gearing up to release episode 3 this week. The drama follows the story of Joe (Poom Phuripan Sapsangsawat), a stuntman for the famous actor Tong. He gets close to Ming (Up Poompat Iam-samang); however, Joe is unaware that Ming sees him as Tong’s replacement. When Joe finds out the truth, he is forced to work at a foreign set. Things take a dramatic turn when Joe meets an accident and wakes up in the body of another person with the same name.
Episode 2 of My Stand-In saw Joe and Ming develop an intimate relationship; however, the latter asks to keep it a secret. Furthermore, Sol returns from his idol work and asks Joe to give him another chance. This makes Ming feel jealous. Later, Ming overhears Joe telling Sol he wants the former to be his boyfriend. The episode ends on a heartfelt note, as Ming agrees to move in with Joe.

The preview shows Joe saying that he and Ming are not boyfriends yet. Later at a store, Joe spots a cute set of couple mugs and says he wanted to buy them but didn’t have a boyfriend back then. Ming then says, “Who says I’m your boyfriend?” Furthermore, Sol comforts Joe after seeing Ming and Tong together. However, their hug is interrupted as Ming intervenes and pushes Sol away. Ming then aggressively kisses Joe. Later, Joe comes across a new acting opportunity as a supporting character in Director Pao’s next movie.
