Is there a Re:Monster Season 2 release date?
Re:Monster Season 2 does not have an official release date, but it will likely be announced in the future.
As of April 2024, Studio Deen is yet to greenlight the sophomore season of Re:Monster. Given that season 1 just came out, this means that the animation studio will wait and see how the Japanese and international audience responds to the inaugural season before making a decision. Kanekiru’s project originated as a web novel series, which is a completed work, as is its light novel adaptation. However, Re:Monster is unlikely to cover all nine volumes (plus an extra story and a side story) of the light novels in its 12-episode first season. There is also a currently-ongoing sequel series of light novels, titled Re:Monster: Ankoku Tairiku-hen. So, if everything goes well, Re:Monster can receive a second season.
The voice cast of Re:Monster features Takuya Sato as Gobrou, Kenta Hosoda as Gobukichi, Kana Ueda as Gobue, and Mai Kanno as The Redhead.
Where is Re:Monster Season 2 coming out?
Re:Monster Season 2 could come out on Tokyo MX, BS11, and other networks in Japan and on Crunchyroll in the United States.
