BTS J-Hope‘s new album, Hope On The Street Vol. 1, will be released soon. Before the much-anticipated release, BTS’ music label shared the Hope On The Street Vol 1’s the star-studded tracklist filled with various artists featured in the new project.
J-Hope made his official solo debut in 2022 with the EP Jack In The Box and the lead single, “More.” Almost half a decade before that, the 30-year-old Korean rapper released his mixtape, Hope World, in 2018. Since the arrival of Hope World, BTS ARMY had been looking forward to more of J-Hope’s solo releases.
In Jack In The Box, J-Hope primarily utilized old-school hip-hop and fused it with pop, R&B, and grunge to deliver an album that explores the complexities of human relationships, such as passion, ambition, insecurity, success, and anxiety.
BTS J-Hope’s Hope On The Street Vol. 1 reveals tracklist and release time
J-Hope’s Hope On The Street Vol. 1 will be released on March 29 at 1 p.m. KST/ 12 a.m. ET/ 5 a.m. BST/ 9.30 a.m. IST/ March 28 at 9 p.m. PT. The K-pop album’s title track, Neuron’s MV, will be unveiled simultaneously on the YouTube channel of HYBE Labels.
The tracklist of Hope On The Street Vol. 1 consists of six tracks, including:
- “On The Street” (Solo version)
- “i wonder” (featuring BTS Jungkook)
- “lock/ unlock” (featuring Benny Blanco and Nile Rodgers)
- “i don’t know” (featuring Le Sserafim’s Huh Yunjin)
- “what if” (dance mix featuring SuperFreak’s JINBO)
- “NEURON” (With Gaeko and Yoon Mirae)
Along with the new music, BTS fans are waiting for J-Hope’s Disney+ documentary’s release. The upcoming Hope On The Street documentary will drop on March 28 at 12 a.m. KST/ March 27 at 10 a.m. ET/ 7 a.m. PT. Global fans can watch the documentary on Prime Videos. Korean fans can watch it via TVING.
The docu-series will have six episodes, with new episodes coming every Thursday and Friday. The documentary trailer gives a glimpse of the series, in which J-Hope traces his roots as a dancer.
