ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive clip from the documentary Pepa Serna: Life is Art, which chronicles the life and career of Latino actor and artist Pepe Serna and is now available digitally.
Life is Art is directed by filmmaker Luis Reyes and features interviews from acclaimed actors like Eva Longoria, who hails from Corpus Christi like Serna and became lifelong friends with the actor.

What is Life is Art about?
“An often-overlooked actor with an amazing career who has overcome formidable odds to reach his goals, live life to the fullest and give back to his community,” reads the official synopsis for the film.
Serna’s first break in film came during a role in the 1970 Roger Corman film The Student Nurses. He also appeared in such high-profile films like Scarface, The Jerk, and more. The actor has been honored by the Screen Actors Guild Heritage Achievement Award, the League of United Latin American Citizens, and the Estrella Award for Arts & Culture from the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
