According to records from the United States Patent & Trademark Office, WWE has applied to trademark the term ‘FINAL TESTAMENT.’ This filing indicates WWE’s intention to use the term for ‘wrestling exhibitions by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered through broadcast media.’
