Tamil star Sivakarthikeyan is all set to return to the big screens with his much-anticipated film Ayalaan. Ayalaan is a sci-fi thriller and one of the most-awaited movies of 2024 in Tamil cinema. Apart from Sivakarthikeyan, the film also stars Rakul Preet as the leading lady. Not much about the project has been revealed yet, and its makers recently announced the release date of its trailer.
Sivakarthikeyan has indeed poured his heart into Ayalaan. The film has been under production for several years, and the actor allegedly did not even charge remuneration. R. Ravi Kumar, famous for making the highly praised time-travel film Indru Netru Naalai, is helming the project. Furthermore, Kotapadi J. Rajesh is producing the movie under the banner of KJR Studios.

You are about to enter the exhilarating and dangerous world of Ayalaan,” and added an alien emoji.
Fans have expressed their excitement about the trailer as they are eager to catch the movie. As per several reports, Ayalaan’s plot is set to revolve around an alien entity. The makers have had over 4500 VFX shots for the movie’s sci-fi scenes. Sharad Kelkar, Bhanupriya, Isha Koppikar, and Yogi Babu are also playing key roles in the movie. A. R. Rahman has composed the film’s music. Among many other films, Ayalaan will also compete on the occasion of Pongal and Sankranti. the film is set to hit theaters in Tamil and Telugu languages on January 12, 2024.
