Netflix has released the poster for Trevor Noah’s newest comedy special titled Where Was I, set to hit the streamer on December 19, 2023.
Directed by David Paul Meyer, Trevor Noah: Where Was I marks the comedian’s fourth collaboration with Netflix. The former The Daily Show host’s previous Netflix specials include 2017’s Afraid of the Dark, 2018’s Son of Patricia, and 2022’s I Wish You Would.
The logline for Trevor Noah: Where Was I reads: “Trevor Noah riffs on national anthems, derailing a German sightseeing tour and getting roasted in Paris in this comedy special about his world travels.”
Filmed at the Fox Theatre in Detroit, Michigan, Noah served as the special’s executive producer, alongside Sanaz Yamin, Bob Bain, Norman Aladjem, and Derek Van Pelt. You can check out the poster down below:

Following his exit from The Daily Show, Noah will reportedly host Amazon’s first South African original series, LOL: Last One Laughing. The series will launch sometime in 2024.
Moreover, Noah is included on Netflix Is a Joke Fest’s star-studded 2024 line-up, joining Jerry Seinfeld, Jim Gaffigan, Nate Bargatze, Sebastian Maniscalco, Bill Burr, John Mulaney, Seth Rogen, Matt Rife, and Kevin Hart. The mentioned artists will reportedly grace the Hollywood Bowl – 8 Nights stage.
The upcoming 11-day event will take place from May 2 to May 12. It will feature 300 live shows across 35 landmarks in Los Angeles, with “the best comedians and artists in the world” gracing the event, including Noah himself.
