Popular K-drama Welcome to Samdalri is all set to air a brand-new episode 3 on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 10:30 p.m. KST on JTBC and Netflix. The series follows the story of ex-lovers Cho Yong-Phil (Ji Chang-Wook) and Cho Sam-Dal (Shin Hye-Sun), who reunite in their hometown after breaking up and possibly rekindling their romance. The drama has been gaining popularity since its premiere on December 2, 2023.
In the newly released trailer, Cho Sam-Dal hides her arrival from fellow neighbors and hometown residents. After a scandal in her professional career turned her life upside down, she marches back to her hometown with her two sisters to their parents’ house. Apart from her family, only Cho Yong-Phil knows about her arrival. In the trailer, she asks him to keep it a secret while also hiding from the members of the town as they gossip about her.

However, the latter gets nervous, considering no one in the town, apart from her family and Yong-Phil, knows about her arrival. So she runs behind Yong-Phil, scolding him for calling her name out loud. Moreover, Sam-Dal asks him to continue to keep her arrival a secret from the town’s people.
Yong-Phil tries his best to keep it a secret. But, as her scandal has become public through the news outlets, the residents raise suspicions over her return to her hometown. One of Yong-Phil’s friends wonders if Sam-Dal has already returned and is hiding somewhere. He leaves to throw out the trash and finds Sam-Dal hiding amid the trash bags.
Sam-Dal’s parents are also hiding a secret from the sisters regarding their mother’s health. In the trailer, she runs on the road while their father follows her. Viewers will have to wait and see how it all unfolds.
