A new Stormgate trailer was revealed at the 2023 Game Awards, giving fans a look at Simu Liu‘s presence in the game. Stormgate is set to launch on PC through Steam Early Access in summer 2024.
The trailer shows someone who is trying to stop a portal from opening before it expands and multiple monsters come through. The title‘s real-time strategy gameplay is then showcased, and, as the video ends, Liu’s character Warz is shown, who is playable and is a part of the Infernals faction in the game.

Who is working on Stormgate?
Stormgate is developed by Frost Giant Studios. The game’s story was co-written by Chris Metzen, who previously worked at Blizzard before returning to the company after Stormgate, and the New York Times bestselling author Micky Neilson.
