Shia LaBeouf resumes his role as Sam Witwicky alongside Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, and Patrick Dempsey. Legendary voice actor Peter Cullen continues to be the voice of Optimus Prime. Other voice actors include Hugo Weaving (Megatron and Iron Hide), Leonard Nimoy (Sentinel Prime), and Mark Ryan (Bumblebee).
