Shia LaBeouf resumes his role as Sam Witwicky alongside Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, and John Turturro. The main voice actors include Peter Cullen (Optimus Prime), Hugo Weaving (Megatron and Iron Hide), Tony Todd (The Fallen), and Mark Ryan (Bumblebee and Jetfire).
