Spawn Reboot does not have a fixed release date yet. However, the film will come out sometime in 2025.
The 2025 release date because producer Jason Blum, CEO of Blumhouse Productions, said that he and his team were aiming to release the film in theaters in 2025. As for a more precise release date, fans could take a wild guess and assume it to be October 2025, given that it is Halloween month and Spawn’s character as a supernatural and demonic entity fits well with the Halloween theme.
This date is an estimation based on the information we have at the time of this writing.
Spawn Reboot will star Jamie Foxx as Albert Francis “Al” Simmons/Spawn. Jeremy Renner could also play Detective Twitch, depending on the final outcome of the film’s screenplay. Todd McFarlane was attached as the director of the film, though it is possible someone else may direct the film as McFarlane recently expressed his doubts about doing so in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter last year.
Scott Silver, who penned Todd Phillips’ Joker, Malcolm Spellman, who created The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and Matt Mixon, will be the screenplay writers of Spawn Reboot.
