Following the timeline of the many Star Wars shows and movies, it’s not immediately clear when Ahsoka would have had the time to train Sabine as a Jedi Padawan. However, there is a gap that Disney could use to explain the situation.

Ahsoka briefly attempted to train Sabine after the events of Rebels and Return of the Jedi.
It’s not explicitly confirmed when exactly Ahsoka trained Sabine, but the timeline of events suggests that the training took place after Rebels and RotJ but before the Ahsoka and The Mandalorian Disney Plus shows.
What’s clear is that Ahsoka and Sabine’s training together was cut short, as they parted ways. While it didn’t work out during that period, Ahsoka is willing to try again and Sabine appears more receptive to learning the ways of the Jedi, even showing signs of Force sensitivity (in addition to her Mandalorian background).
Will Sabine become a Mandalorian Jedi?
It’s very possible that Sabine will become a Mandalorian Jedi during the Ahsoka Disney Plus show.
With multiple references made to the fact that Mandalorian Jedi are incredibly rare, it’s possible that Sabine will learn to master the Force and combine that with her Mandalorian talents.
With all of that said, it’s possible that Sabine’s training will take her a long time, as she is developing her Force sensitivity much later than traditional Jedi. Of course, stranger things have happened in the Star Wars universe, and Sabine’s growth could be accelerated to make her a formidable opponent during the show’s final battles.
