The first 10 minutes of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse have been posted online and are available to view ahead of the Marvel sequel’s digital release tomorrow.
IGN posted the opening sequence on its YouTube channel, which covers the first nine minutes and 56 seconds of the film. This is primarily made up of Gwen’s more detailed origin story and the beginning of her battle with Earth-TRN1032’s Vulture, as well as Spider-Man 2099’s first appearance in the Sony Pictures Animation sequel.

What is Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse about?
“After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence,” reads the Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse synopsis. “However, when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders. He must soon redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.”
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse stars Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Oscar Isaac, Issa Rae, Jake Johnson, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, Daniel Kaluuya, Jason Schwartzman, Karan Soni, Greta Lee, Shea Whigham, Mahershala Ali, Amandla Stenberg, Jharrel Jerome, Andy Samberg, Jack Quaid, and Rachel Dratch.
It is directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson, with a script from Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Dave Callaham.
