Naoya looms over Maki, saying something about how nostalgic the situation is. Maki questions if he has ever been an adult — Naoya responds by saying she should ask Mai. His response angers Maki, and she gets back up. At the same time, Kamo’s arrows hit Naoya. Kamo manages to slash Naoya using blood. Maki tells Kamo he’s going to die since what he’s doing is incredibly tiring. However, Kamo says they cannot afford to have Maki die on them. He tells Maki to get out of the barrier, but Maki declines. Maki insists she’s okay but needs some time to heal her injuries. She tells Kamo to survive for at least five minutes.
Kamo fights Naoya. Meanwhile, Naoya is unable to sense Maki’s presence. Due to Naoya’s speed, he manages to strike Kamo. Kamo strikes back by spitting blood into his inlet.
