Disney+ has debuted the official concept art for Pixar’s forthcoming Cars on the Road series, which serves as a spinoff to the studio’s blockbuster animated franchise. It will be available for streaming sometime in 2022.

The Cars on the Road concept art, which you can check out below, teases new adventures for fan-favorite duo Lightning McQueen and Mater, who embark on a cross-country road trip. The spin-off will also feature the return of Owen Wilson and Larry the Cable Guy, who are once again reprising their iconic Cars roles.

Created by John Lasseter, the animated franchise started with 2006’s Cars movie which was followed by two more sequels in 2011 and 2017 as well as two spinoff films titled Planes in 2013 and Planes: Fire & Rescue in 2014. Due to its success, the Cars films had earned a combined worldwide gross of more than $1.4 billion.

The films also featured the voices of Bonnie Hunt, Paul Newman, Richard Petty, Michael Keaton, Cheech Marin, John Turturro, Michael Caine, Emily Mortimer, Nathan Fillion, and more.
