Watch the First 9 Minutes of Cruella, Which Launches on Vudu & Fandango

Nearly a month after it debuted in theaters and on Disney+ with Premier Access, Disney’s newest live-action feature Cruella is now available to buy starting today on Fandango’s transactional streaming services, Vudu and FandangoNOW. The Emma Stone-led film is on sale at $29.99 on both services and is available in SD, HDX, and 4K UHD.

Fandango has also released an exclusive free preview of the first 9 minutes of Cruella, which you can see below:

Before it debuted in May, the film was actually voted among the most anticipated movies of the summer in an online survey that was participated by more than 4,000 moviegoers on Fandango. This is the first time that Fandango fans can own the film in their Vudu and FandangoNOW libraries.

Starring Oscar winners Emma Stone and Emma Thompson, the film is set in 1970s London amidst the punk rock revolution, where it will explore the rebellious early days of one of cinema’s most notorious – and notoriously fashionable – villains, the legendary Cruella de Vil.

Cruella is directed by I, Tonya filmmaker Craig Gillespie from a screenplay written by Dana Fox and Tony McNamara, based on a story by Aline Brosh McKenna and Kelly Marcel & Steve Zissis. It is executive produced by original Cruella actress Glenn Close with Emma Stone, Michelle Wright, Jared LeBoff, Andrew Gunn, Marc Platt, and Kristin Burr set as producers. Two-time Oscar-winning costume designer Jenny Beavan creates the dazzling and imaginative costumes, which take on a life of their own.

Since its release, Cruella has earned positive reviews from critics and audiences, praising the film’s costume design, music, and direction. The film currently sits at a worldwide gross of over 160 million. Because of this, it has been recently reported that a sequel is currently in the early stages of development at Disney, with Gillespie and Tony McNamara expected to return.
