Ride Along

Philomena
Nominated for Best Picture at this year's Academy Awards, Philomena manages to deliver a harrowing tale with a deftly comedic touch. Stephen Frears directs from a screenplay by Steven Coogan (and Jeff Pope), who also stars opposite Judi Dench (who was also nominated for her performance) in the title role.
The Nut Job
A moderate box office hit earlier this year, The Nut Job tells the story of a squirrel, Surly (Will Arnett), who plans a nut store heist with his rodent friends. While this week's release of Great Expectations stars Ralph Fiennes in a Charles Dickens tale, The Invisible Woman tells a very different, true-life story of the author and his affair with a woman called Nelly (Felicity Jones).
