After becoming a hit for the network in the two weeks since its debut, AMC has chosen to extend the episode count for the video-chat-based talk show Friday Night In with the Morgans hosted by The Walking Dead‘s Jeffrey Dean Morgan and his wife Hilarie Burton Morgan (Lethal Weapon)!

The guests for this week’s episode includes Paul Rudd (Ant-Man and the Wasp) and his wife Julie Rudd, along with Kelly Ripa (LIVE with Kelly & Ryan) and her husband Mark Consuelos (Riverdale) and John Traver, the manager of Morgan’s local candy store Samuel’s Sweet Shop.
Each episode features a free-flowing, unfiltered conversation about how we’re all getting through this unprecedented moment, as this charismatic couple connects with friends, neighbors, animals and the broader community of fans, and gives a glimpse into the Morgan’s life on the farm. Far from a traditional talk show, with self-shot pieces from the couple themselves, each week the Morgans come together for conversations about how they are handling life in quarantine, practically helping communities, finding joy and even humor in these unprecedented times, entertaining themselves, and others, while in isolation – all done via video chat.
“We have truly enjoyed every second of making this show and catching up with friends, fans, and local heroes,” the Morgans said in a statement. “We are grateful for the opportunity AMC has given us to continue the show for four more weeks and to share more stories, laughs, and hopefully, comfort.

Previous guests include Christian Serratos (Selena: The Series), Sarah Wayne Callies (The Walking Dead), Mark Duplass (The Morning Show) and his wife Katie Aselton (Legion), Jensen Ackles (Supernatural) and his wife Danneel Ackles (One Tree Hill), Colman Domingo (Fear the Walking Dead), Michael Cudlitz (The Walking Dead), as well as family friend and local physician Dr. Sharagim Kemp, the Morgan’s friend and local farmer Ed Hackett and community organizer Kate Kortbus.
