Cinedigm has granted ComingSoon.net with an exclusive trailer for the upcoming romantic drama Tuscaloosa starring Devon Bostick (Diary of a Wimpy Kid) and Natalia Dyer (Stranger Things). The trailer can be viewed in the player below!

Based on the book of the same name by W. Glasgow Phillips, the film is set in 1972 Alabama and follows Billy (Bostick), an aimless man living with his father on the grounds of his mental asylum who falls for one of his patients, Virginia (Dyer), and becomes involved in a radical civil rights movement against Tuscaloosa’s power elite.
In addition to Bostick, the film stars Tate Donovan (Rocketman) as Bostick’s father, Marchánt Davis (The Day Shall Come), Nathan Phillips (Snakes on a Plane) and YG (White Boy Rick) and is written and directed by Philip Harder, best known for his work behind the camera on music videos.

Tuscaloosa is set to premiere in theaters, on video on demand and Digital HD on March 13!
