It was tied for the most nominations at the 39th Golden Razzie Awards and Holmes & Watson dominated the competition this year, “winning” four awards including Worst Picture, Worst Director, Worst Supporting Actor for John C. Reilly and Worst Prequel, Remake, Rip-off or Sequel. The awards also saw a unique victory with President Donald Trump taking home two awards, the first for Worst Actor and Worst Screen Combo for him and his self-perpetuating pettiness after starring as himself in the documentaries Death of a Nation and Fahrenheit 11/9, which also “won” two other awards.
