Over the past few weeks, we’ve revealed the various locations that Paramount plans to film the upcoming Transformers 4, and now we have an idea of what order the shoot will go.
Twitch is reporting that the schedule for the film’s production will begin in the United States in June, specifically in Michigan and Chicago, and that director Michael Bay has chosen Hong Kong as the next location. The production will move to Hong Kong in September before making its final stop in China in October. The film is a Chinese co-production and plans to cast many of its lead Chinese roles with a reality TV show.
Although the plot of the June 27, 2014 release is still top secret, Bay teased to ComingSoon.net that it will involve a “Chase from Hell.”
Transformers 4 will star Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor, and Stanley Tucci.
