In the previous episode of South Park, the kids prepared for the upcoming bike parade. Meanwhile, a strike at the local Amazon fulfillment center sent the town into a dispute over labor conditions. What does this final installment have in store? Let’s find out, as we recap South Park season 22 episode 10 ‘Bike Parade!’
Delivery Options
All of the children awoke in excitement as all of their packages had been fulfilled by Amazon. The parents of South Park were concerned that the children did not understand the point of the strike, but the children were solely concerned with the upcoming bike parade. At the Marsh family weed farm, Randy was quickly overrun by people buying marijuana to cope with the strike. Back at the fulfillment center, Stephen attempted to instruct the former mall employees on how to fill the Amazon orders. Back at the farm, Randy and Towelie tried to come up with a plan to offer delivery on weed purchases, they eventually settled on using the e-scooters.
Showing Off
All of the children were showing off their newly constructed bicycles. Butters drove his fancy new bicycle around town and showed off to the assorted young ladies and drove them away from supporting Larry. Towelie began to deliver Tegridy weed throughout the town, much to the delight and convenience of their customers. Kenny found the other kids and told them that he was abandoning the bike parade. Cartman was angry and began to threaten to shoot up the school. The next day, Stephen returned to work alongside Gerald and they were confronted by the protesters. Cartman convinced Kyle and Stan that they should get the bike parade cancelled as it was offensive. In order to quell his rebellion against capitalism, Jeff Bezos had Josh executed by a clueless mob of children.
A Mellowed Out Mob
The kids went to town and tried to buy supplies to create protest signs, when they realized that the fulfillment center had caused every store to be closed. The Mayor blamed herself for the fulfillment center and lamented the lack of Christmas presents in the town. Santa Claus heard their complaints and arrived to give the town assistance. Santa refused to help once he learned that Mr. Hankey had been kicked out of South Park for his offensive tweets. Cartman realized that he had to protest the bike parade on behalf of the people who were actually offended. They went to the city council building and found that Jeff Bezos had taken over the mayoral office and was planning on creating a new breed of human. The townspeople came to the mayor’s office and informed Jeff Bezos that none of the people of South Park would be working for Amazon any longer. The bike parade was held and the town of South Park rejoiced in mellowed-out bliss.
